However, the Planning Commission will informally discuss these requests at the February 26th meeting and any member of the public who wishes to address the Planning Commission may still do so, and those public comments will be considered in the Planning Commission’s deliberations

Special Use 24-02 Request Alexander Perdikis for a special use permit for a Short-Term Rental at 606 Martingale Ridge Drive zoned R-3 Residential District 2 Suggested Action: Due to an issue with the Public Hearing advertisement, the legally required Public Hearing will be held at the March 25th meeting. However, the Planning Commission will informally discuss these requests at the February 26th meeting and any member of the public who wishes to address the Planning Commission may still do so, and those public comments will be considered in the Planning Commission’s deliberations.
